Our Story
Xintesys exists because business software used to come in exactly two sizes: too big and too basic.
Our founder, Ruxin, saw this first-hand while working as an outsourced accountant for her first client. Companies around her had no proper transaction system, and often nobody in-house who could prepare the statutory reports ACRA requires. The software that could do the job was priced for multinationals; the software they could afford couldn’t do the job.
Ruxin’s background spans finance, IT and engineering, which is probably why her answer wasn’t another accounting package. In 2009, together with her partner, she started building a system that could run a whole company — sold module by module, so a business pays for what it uses and nothing more. The product doesn’t get simpler because you bought less of it; you just bought less of it.
What began as a two-person operation is now a full team — still writing the software, and still answering the phone when a customer calls.
